In 1996 Glenn Spicker, an American entrepreneur, opened Bohemia Bagel in the heart of Prague. The aim was to brighten up the culinary landscape with fresh bagels classically produced from all-natural ingredients. This business grew into the full service Bohemia Bagel Bar & Grill, laid back and relaxed Bohemia Bagel Cafe. These comfortable locations prepare burgers, sandwiches & salads, cookies and cakes. Both locations also serve up a mean all day breakfast and weekend brunch!

In addition, our separate Bohemia Bagel Bakery supplies wholesale clients including Starbuck’s with a selection of great cheesecakes and desserts.
